Policies and Procedures
Please note that for safety reasons, any dog whose actions and/or behavior are deemed by CCG management to present a dangerto other dogs, guests or staff will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
Cancellation and Payments
 | Canines must be at least four months old, potty trained and have all their immunizations completed in order to attend. | |
| People must be between the ages of 18 and 99 (our data system won’t go up to three digits for age!). | |
| Dogs must be up to date on all shots (titers are acceptable), be free of ticks and fleas and provide proof of a negative fecal | |
| sample. | ||
| There is a two dog limit per human (please call us if you feel the need to bring more than two dogs). | |
| Dogs must be on leash (no flex leads) at all times except in designated areas. | |
| You are responsible for watching your dog at all times. | |
| Female dogs in season (in heat) are not permitted. | |
| Due to liability issues, only registered guests are allowed on the premises. Any exceptions MUST be approved by CCG | |
| management prior to arrival. | ||
| Aggressive dogs (toward people or other dogs) will be asked to leave. | |
| Aggressive humans will also be asked to leave. | |
| For safety reasons, dogs must be crated in your room when left unattended (even if you’re only gone for five minutes). Dogs | |
| found uncrated and unattended in rooms will be grounds for immediate expulsion with no refund. | ||
| Poop MUST be picked up and disposed of immediately – no exceptions! | |
| Smoking is not permitted inside any building. For those smoking on the grounds, please be respectful and discard your butts | |
| in the garbage, not on the ground. | ||
| Loud noise – including barking by dogs or humans – is not permitted between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. | |
| Dogs in the pool must be supervised by their human at all times. | |
| A credit card must be presented upon registration for phone use, damage deposit, bar tab, etc. |

Cancellation and Payments
| All fees are due in full by April 15th (see rates). | |
| Cancellations prior to May 1st are subject to a 75% refund. | |
| All cancellations after May 1st and before May 15th are subject to a 50% refund. | |
| Any cancellations after May 15th are non-refundable | |
| Any returned checks are subject to a $50 charge | |
